Friday: Rehearsal Dinner & Welcome Party

We recommend “beachy cocktail attire.” We will be on the deck of a marina, in a more casual setting, drinking cocktails & local wine and beer. Dinner and snacks will be served buffet style. You are welcome to dress comfortably, like something you’d wear to a dinner at the beach :)

Saturday: Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Our dress code is Formal, Black-Tie Optional. Tuxes are optional; please also feel free to wear a dark suit. A dark jacket and tie will also work just fine. Formal dresses, pantsuits, and dressy cocktail dresses are all welcome.

Yes! Transportation to and from our events on Friday and Saturday will be provided to guests staying at one of our hotel blocks. Please note the following details:

Friday: Rehearsal Dinner Guests

4:00pm: Rehearsal Dinner guests will need to be ready to leave by 4:00pm on Friday afternoon. Shuttles will return to the hotels at 10:00pm and 11:00pm.

Friday: Welcome Party Guests

7:00pm: Welcome Party guests will need to be ready to leave by 7:00pm on Friday afternoon. Shuttles will return to the hotels at 10:00pm and 11:00pm.

Saturday: Wedding Guests (all of you!)

Our wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm (the earlier we get married, the earlier we can party with you!!). There will be two shuttle times for our guests as follows:

3:40pm: The first shuttle will pick up guests from both hotels for arrival at Oheka Castle by 4:10. If you’re on this shuttle, you’ll have time for a glass of champagne before the ceremony!

4:25pm: The second shuttle will pick up guests from both hotels for arrival at Oheka Castle by 4:55.

10:00pm-1:00am: Shuttles will be running back and forth between Oheka Castle and our hotel blocks on the hour every hour.

Yes! Please note that many of our guests with children are choosing to attend adults-only, but we are more than happy to accommodate any little ones. Please reach out to us to discuss a few details.

Yes, free on-site parking and valet parking are available to guests.

Yes. There are on-site wheelchairs, an elevator, and handicap accessible restrooms as well as a handicap-accessible guestroom.
